What we collect

Your business name, city, WhatsApp number, the messages, photos and answers you send to Botcastr, your login email, and the Instagram/Facebook account details you choose to connect.

How we use it

Only to create, schedule and publish posts for your business, to operate your account, and to provide support. We do not sell personal data. AI providers process your photos and answers solely to write captions and do not store them for training.

Meta access

Access tokens from Meta are encrypted at rest and used only to publish content you approve. You can disconnect at any time from the dashboard or from Facebook settings.

Retention and your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time. See the data deletion page. We follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
