Questions
I don’t have an Instagram business account. Can I still use Botcastr?
Yes. Botcastr walks you through creating one in the Instagram app (about 3 minutes) and then connects it with one tap. Stuck? Tap “Call me for setup” on WhatsApp and our team will call you and do it with you. Meta does not allow any app to create the account for you, so you stay the owner.
Is my Instagram password safe?
Botcastr never sees your password. You approve access on Meta’s own login screen and can remove it anytime from Facebook settings or your dashboard.
Which businesses is it for?
Property dealers, restaurants and cafés, clothing stores, salons and any local shop. Each type gets its own questions and caption style.
Can my staff send posts?
Yes. Add their WhatsApp numbers in the dashboard; their posts go to the same business account.
Will it bring me customers?

How do I pay? Is there auto-debit?
You pay on a secure Razorpay page with any UPI app, card or net banking, from the website or right inside WhatsApp (menu → Plan & payment). Pay monthly, or yearly and get 2 months free. Nothing is debited automatically: if you do not renew, you go back to the free allowance. Receipts, with your GSTIN, are on the Billing page.
I don’t have a business. Can I use it?
Yes. Pick “Personal / No business”: captions are written in your own voice with no sales lines, and your phone number is never printed on your posts.
