Refund & cancellation policy

How payments work

Each payment buys 30 days of the plan you choose. Payments are taken securely by Razorpay (UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, wallets). Nothing renews automatically: you pay again only if you want another 30 days.

Cancellation

You can stop at any time by simply not paying for the next period. Your plan stays active until the end of the 30 days you paid for, then returns to the free allowance. Your posts and data are kept.

Refunds

If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or could not use Botcastr because of a fault on our side, contact us within 7 days of the payment and we will refund the full amount. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Posts already created in a paid period, and Meta ad spend for boosts (billed by Meta to your own ad account), are not refundable by Botcastr.
